Why can't I get a housecleaning quote over the phone?

Coming to your home as opposed to giving you an estimate over the phone enables us to find out what your specific needs are and lets us give you an appropriate quote based on your unique home. You may need to give us special instructions about certain items or surfaces in your home, or show us places we may need to pay special attention to. This helps our Estimator be able to give you an accurate and reasonable quote.

What hours do you clean and can I pick the day I would like?

Our office hours are 9am-4pm. We clean between the hours of 8am to 5pm. We may be able to clean in the evening or on the weekend for special requests. In this event, off-hour rates would apply. We will try our best to accommodate your preferred day. Also, our estimator will ask you if you prefer morning, afternoon, or either and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.

Do you provide laundry services (i.e. washing, folding, ironing etc.)?

We will be glad to throw your dirty sheets in the washer and put clean sheets on you bed. But in the interest of time we normally do not provide laundry services.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No. You may cancel service any time. We do although have you sign a Customer Agreement stating our policies. This form is NOT a contract!

How often should I have my house cleaned?

It is different for different people. Trying bi-weekly housecleaning is usually a good way to get the feel for what you and the occupants of your home need. Our Estimator will be glad to give you a recommendation based on your specific needs.

How many people will be cleaning my home and will it be the same people every time?
|

We prefer there to be one person cleaning your home, and it be the same person each time. This approach helps your cleaner get to know the unique needs of your home, thus ensuring a consistent, quality cleaning each and every time.
Furthermore, using this method also permits you, as the customer, to know who is in you home and ultimately leaves you feeling more secure.
Larger projects we will accommodate as needed.

Is there anything I need to do before the cleaning?

The only thing we ask of our customers is to please contain any clutter lying on the floor as well as counters. This makes it possible for us to clean your home properly and thoroughly. We also ask that in the summer months you set your air conditioning to an appropriate temperature. In winter months, please have your driveway and sidewalks areas cleared so your cleaner will be able to gain access to you home.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It is not required for you to be home during the cleaning. Most of our customers are not home during their cleanings. However, if you do choose to be home it will be no problem for us.

How do you monitor the quality of the cleaning?

Our cleaners are subject to random "White Glove Inspections." This means we have our field-supervisors periodically check in on our cleaners to make sure the quality of their cleaning is always up to par. The “White Glove Inspection” includes a top to bottom review of one of the cleaners regular homes, as well as sitting down with the cleaner to review anything that can be improved upon.

What if I am unhappy with the cleaning?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, we will be happy to make arrangements to correct the problem at no additional charge. We are only happy if you happy!

Should I tip my cleaner?
|

Our customers usually give tips to their cleaner if they see an exceptional job has been done. A lot of customers like to give tips when a little something extra has been done to “WOW” them. If you would like to leave a tip, please leave it on the kitchen counter. Tips also can also be added to a payment check or credit card, although tips are not generally required.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Of course! Our Gift Certificates make wonderful gifts. They are available in any denomination with a 2 hours service minimum. Call our office for more details!
